If you want to support our cause, get your hands on some of the fabulous items you’ll see at the FashionablyFAIR show or you simply have an eye for a bargain, then why not come to the FashionablyFAIR sale?
On Saturday 10 May from 9am to 5pm the Gloucester Green is to become Green, as fair trade and ethical companies from all over the country sell their gorgeous creations.
OUR STALL HOLDERS TO DATE INCLUDE:
Reign Vintage
With a shop on Cowley Road and a stall in the world famous Portobello Market, Reign Vintage truly are ‘Outfitters to the Independent’ with their amazing vintage clothing and accessories sourced from all over Europe. Their stunning 50s tropical print off-the-shoulder dress featured in our poster.
Bobelle
The vast majority of the products at BoBelle are hand made using natural and/or recycled materials. Hand made jewellery, gorgeous handbags and natural and luxurious bath products are just some of the gorgeous fair trade gifts that are available at BoBelle.
Uncommonly Beautiful

With designs stemming from her philosophy of regain, reuse, reinvent, Kirsty Kirkpatrick’s brand Uncommonly Beautiful, ‘the anti-landfill label’ features gorgeously different jewellery and accessories, made from deconstructed, industrial waste materials with textile finishes and unique, personal touches.
Manumit
Manumit offers a fantastic range of contemporary Fair Trade silver and fashion jewellery and accessories to the discerningly fashionable ethical consumer. They believe that by forming mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships with the co-operatives and disadvantaged artisans they work with in developing countries, they can make a difference and lift such people out of poverty through trade, not aid.
Just Trade
Just Trade sells funky, fashionable, Fair Trade clothing, jewellery and accessories that not only look great on you but also benefit the people and communities who manufacture them. We love their cute baby clothes with slogans like ‘Can’t DJ yet’ and their laptop cases made from recycled rice bags.
Friend’s Market
Local Fair Trade champions, Friend’s Market sell a wide range of Fair Trade jewellery, accessories, toys and yummy food. They also stock hampers with delicious Fair Trade and ecologically friendly coffees, juices, treats and household products, their contents selected from a list and delivered to your home in South Oxford.
Emmeline 4 Re
Recycling textiles for environmental gain and pushing fashion boundaries to generate individuality and style for the conscience consumer, Emmeline 4 Re stocks a range of gorgeously unique hand-made clothing with an unmistakable vintage influence.
The Handloom Shop
Doing what it says on the tin, the Handloom Shop works with co-operatives, charities and self-help organisations operating to aid disadvantaged groups in India, selling Fair Trade hand-loomed accessories, home wares and clothing, each piece unique.
Jungle Berry
Jungle Berry aims to connect producers of stylish and original jewellery, accessories and crafts in developing countries with ethical consumers who demand quality fair trade products at competitive prices. They source all their products from artisans, small family-run businesses and co-operatives on a Fair Trade basis. Their name derives from the Amazonian acai berry from which their first range of jewellery was made.

Consequently they only stock the finest, most stylish Fair Trade fashion goods, where their producers get paid a fair amount for their time effort and skills, doing their part to make exploitation a thing of the past.
Ethics Girls
This is the place to find all things ethical, from Fair Trade cotton shirt dresses to handmade leather purses in the shape of owls made by artisans in India to biodegradable bin bags to solar-powered iPod chargers to organic herbal bags to make your bag smell gorgeous. Whatever you want, the girls have it and what’s more it’s all clearly labelled as to whether it’s Fair Trade, organic, recycled, chemical-free or made in the UK.
Organic Boutique
The Organic Boutique stocks a range of stylish, chic clothes that are great for you, the environment and the people who make them. By supporting farmers who don’t use dangerous chemical pesticides and fertilisers, they are helping prevent their workers become one of the estimated 20,000 people who died last year from pesticide poisoning.
Saree
Clothes with a conscience
Your local Ethical Clothing Company….Clothes are thoughtfully made by Saree’s top team of tailors in central India. Only natural and handwoven fabrics are used: Organic silks, vegetable died cottons and recycled saris. Saree has close links with an NGO which supports producers using traditional farming methods, which means no usage of chemical pesticides or fertilisers. We also have accessories and soft home furnishings made by our tailors and source gifts and crafts from Fair Trade organisations. Look out for the first Saree Shop… coming soon on the Cowley Rd!!
